The Jingle Writing Process
Consultation (free of charge; no obligation):
I'll meet with you and your business team free of charge to discuss the nature of the business and to determine what makes the business standout from the competitors. The length of the jingle may also be tentatively set. Typically, radio and television commercials run as 15, 30 and 60 second spots.
Establish the Hook :
Based on information gathered from our initial consultation and any established marketing material from your business (e.g., brochures, radio or television ads, etc.) I'll create a hook that I believe will keep your business humming along. If your business already has a successful time-tested slogan then I will incorporate it into the jingle to make it even more memorable and catchy!
Create A Demo:
Once you okay the hook, I'll compose a demo for you to critique. Changes will be made in studio and another demo will be created. The process continues until you are satisfied with the product.
Master the Jingle:
Now that the hook, style, lyrics, melody and time have been established, I'll work in my studio to record the finished jingle. In some instances I will work with local musicians and studios for final touches.
